Tall Curved Explosion

Curved Explosion

The clean sweeping line of this contemporary free standing piece frames the explosion of colour captured on steel. The intense blue burstiing out from the centre of the piece cools through a gold colour to the natural striking colour of the steel.

The piece is heated with oxy-acetylene to give its colour and pattern, and then sprayed with 2-pac lacquer to provide a shiny protective coating.

Each clock is individually hand crafted in-house to order, under the watchful eye of the Artist and Creator Ricky Bower, therefore no two pieces are exactly the same. Each example is unique.

The 'Curved Explosion' is an exciting example of functional decorative art.
